Enter in Your Tenant Information

Are your units occupied?  Tell us about your tenants, attach a copy of your lease, let us know if you want your tenants to be able to contact you or pay you through Renttropolis.

Enter in Building Information

Start by entering in your building and unit information.  Tell us the number of units you have, what amenities each unit has, the monthly rent amount, and other important details.

Relax

Renttopolis will go to work immediately.  Your income and expenses will be tracked, your tenants will receive rent reminders with links to pay (if that’s what you opted for) and late payment penalties will be automatically added.
